If you are asked to "Please enter your library ID, barcode, or other ID" or see any other error message, the system is not recognizing you as an authorized user of InfoTrac.  To fix the problem, you need to put a file on your computer with authorization in it.

Adding an Authorization file or Cookie

1.  Click "Back"  until you get to the Library's home page.
2.  Click on the "Gale DatabaseArticles" link.
3.  If On Campus, skip to step 5
4.  Off Campus:
            1. Click on  "Login"
            2. Enter the off-campus user name and password .
            3. Click on "Gale DatabaseArticles" a second time.
            4. Click on "Proceed"
            5. Click on "Gale Databases"
            6. Go to next step.          
5.  Click "Back" until you get to the Library's home page.
6.  Click on  "Online Reserves" page. You should be able to view the article on reserve by clicking on the "Articles for Summarizing" and then the article title.
