Invited guests look on as the ribbon is cut and the new academic/library facility is "officially" opened.
A delicious reception and tours of the new building followed the ceremony. The ice sculpture featured the college logo and as a special treat SCC Culinary Arts students prepared wonderful sweets for guests to enjoy.
Flower arrangements from CBA and McMillan Smith & Partners enhanced the beauty of the new building.
