The first floor of the new building houses the library. Included in this area are group study rooms, increased seating space, computer workstations, a library instruction room, staff offices. In addition there is a coffee shop that will be located on the lobby area of the first floor of the building	The second floor of the building will have classroom space, a computer lab, foreign language lab, seminar rooms and office space for the humanities department.
