PASCAL                

"PASCAL is the Partnership Among South Carolina Academic Libraries,  a consortium of South Carolina's academic libraries together with their parent institutions and state agency partners. PASCAL fosters cooperation on a broad range of issues including shared licensing of electronic resources, universal borrowing, and ILS hosting." The SCILS Consortium participates in the PASCAL Delivers program which provides access to books at all the academic libraries in SC. Link to PASCAL Delivers Catalog.

"The SC State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education operates the South Carolina Technical College System, a statewide system which includes 16 technical colleges, a Center for Accelerated Technology Training for industry-specific training and a State Tech Board staff. The State Tech Board is responsible for the state-level development, implementation and coordination of postsecondary occupational and technical training and education. The purpose of these efforts is to support the economic development of the state."
